Mind, body, soul or life, food, yoga. This is where we get to the nitty gritty. This page is for those of you who really want to change your life thoroughly, from the inside out and from the outside in. We go deep.

This plan is perfect for you if you are ready to understand what is really preventing you from pursuing your ideal life. Honesty and open dialogue are important here as we will be focusing on more than just food and yoga. We will be incorporating your mental and emotional habits into your wellness plan. Your wellness is about more than JUST food or JUST movement. It’s also about your internal environment, which strongly dictates your external one.

You deserve a good life. And that life is in on your plate, in your body, and in your mind.

What is included:

Food:

  • 2 - 1 hour consultations per month
  • 2 - Grocery store education walk-throughs, 1 as an introduction and 1 if you choose to use it
  • 3 - 2 hour hands-on cooking classes for the first month and 2 per month after that, more can be added upon request
  • Recipes throughout the plan based on your specific needs as well as what we work on in the cooking sessions

Lifestyle & Support:

  • At least 2 One on one yoga sessions per month, amount based circumstances
  • At least 2 Meditation sessions, amount based on circumstances
  • At least 2 one on one life-coaching sessions and exercises per month, amount based on circumstances
  • Materials including journal, meditation audio, and appropriate reading as necessary
  • E-mail access for questions and concerns along the way
